| dc.description.abstract | 2009년 5월 17일부터 22일까지 서부 아프리카 가나에서 "영향평가와 인간의 행복(Impact Assessment and Human Well-being)"을 주제로 제29차 세계영향평가학회(IAIA)가 열렸다. 이렇게 주제를 설정한 이유는 생태계 서비스와 인간의 행복을 지식기반으로 연계하여 발전과 경제적인 의사결정을 대세로 만들어가기 위한 수단의 개발에 중점을 두려고 했기 때문이다. 새천년생태계평가(2005) 기준에서 본 인간의 행복 요소는 안보, 삶의 영위를 위한 기본적인 물질 욕구, 건강, 좋은 사회적 관계, 선택과 행동의 자유로 구성되어 있다. -이후 생략 | - |
