| dc.description.abstract | 2012년 7월 1일 세종특별자치시가 새로운 광역지방자치단체의 하나로 공식 출범한다. 올해는 충청남도가 독립적인 지방행정단위로 탄생한지 116주년, 그리고 대전시가 충청남도로부터 분리 독립한지 23주년이 되는 해이다. 세종시의 출범은 충청남도의 도 행정은 물론 지역주민생활과 경제-사회발전에도 많은 충격과 영향을 줄 것으로 전망된다. 경제활동기능과 공간의 변화 없는 지방행정구역의 인위적 분리는 주민생활의 불편과 경제-사회적 활동에도 장애와 손실을 초래하게 된다. -이후 생략 | - |
