| dc.description.abstract | 지난 7월 어느 여름날, 충남연구원에서는 하나의 실험을 하였다. 농민기본소득을 주제로 하여 소셜픽션기법을 활용한 “농민기본소득제 상상워크숍”을 진행하였다. 이번 워크숍은 올 상반기 진행된 <충남형 농촌주민 기본소득제 도입 방안 연구>의 마지막 연구 과정의 일환으로 추진되었다. 농민기본소득은 도시와 농촌 간 소득 격차가 심화되고 농업을 통한 농가소득 증대에 한계를 겪고 있는 우리의 농촌 현실에서 농업직불제를 보완내지 대체하는 새로운 농가소득보장제로 주목을 받고 있다. -이후 생략 | - |
