환황해 포럼에 참가하신 국내외 귀빈 여러분!
유구한 역사와 평화의 고장 충청남도에 오신 것을 진심으로 환영합니다. 우리는 환황해 지역의 평화와 공동 번영을 논의하기 위해 이 자리에 모였습니다. 참으로 기쁘고 감사합니다. 평화를 이야기하기에 앞서 우리는 지난 13일 전 세계를 분노와 슬픔에 빠뜨린 프랑스 파리의 연쇄 테러를 상기하지 않을 수 없습니다. 130여명의 무고한 민간인들이 광신적인 테러집단에 의해 목숨을 잃었습니다. 그러나 테러는 평화와 민주주의를 향한 프랑스인과 세계인의 의지를 결코 굴복시키지 못했습니다. 우리는 평화를 위해 연대할 것이며 모든 종류의 폭력에 함께 맞설 것입니다. 테러 희생자와 그 가족 그리고 프랑스 국민들에게 진심어린 위로의 말씀을 전합니다. 이번 테러를 보며 저는 다시 한번 평화의 소중함을 느꼈습니다. 우리의 번영과 자유는 오직 평화 속에서 가능합니다. 평화를 지키기 위해 우리는 가능한 모든 노력을 다해야 합니다.
